Royal Holloway Summer Camp operates on the University of London campus near Egham, Surrey. The Victorian Founders Building provides grand surroundings evoking traditional British academic life. London is approximately thirty kilometers away, with Heathrow Airport just twenty minutes from campus.

Students aged ten to seventeen with any English level, including beginners, join programs lasting from two weeks. Classes accommodate up to sixteen students with fifteen to twenty hours of weekly instruction tailored to individual proficiency.

Accommodation in New Halls, Reid, and Runnymede residences offers single to triple rooms with shared kitchens and lounges. Bed linen is provided and changed weekly. Rooms feature key card access, and safes secure valuables. Computer rooms and Wi-Fi are accessible throughout.

Three daily meals are served in the main dining hall. Breakfast offers continental buffet style. Lunch and dinner include two hot options, one vegetarian, with salads, desserts, and fresh produce.

On-campus activities include sports competitions, theatre, dance, music, painting, and academic clubs. Evenings feature discos, karaoke, talent shows, and birthday celebrations.

Excursions include full-day trips to London, Brighton, and Oxford, plus half-day outings to Egham. London visits include museums, the London Eye, Leicester Square, Covent Garden, St Paul's Cathedral, and the Millennium Bridge. Brighton excursions explore the pier and Royal Pavilion. Oxford tours feature Christ Church College, inspiration for Alice in Wonderland and Harry Potter films.

Sports facilities include gymnasiums, tennis courts, football pitches, gymnastics halls, and athletics tracks. Egham town center is a twenty-minute walk away, with trains regularly to London Waterloo.
